Elia has Mom a Dad and a Birthday.
Well it took her 8 months to get what most of us get within a few hours, but Elia now has a Birth Certificate. This is such a prescious moment to me. It is almost as though she knows what is happening. Look at that prescious expression.

Gotta love it. You can't be TOO proud, eh?
We received word from our social worker last week that our dossier is in transit to China. She called just as we were getting into one of the 'logs' on "Splash Mountain" at Disney World. Needless to say, we did a lot of hootin' & hollerin' on the ride. Now, we're waiting to hear that it's logged in at the agency in China.
